The Sino German International Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is an important project of Sino German cooperation in education, aimed at cultivating professional talents with international perspectives and high-quality technical application abilities. The college adopts Germany's advanced vocational education model, combined with domestic practical needs, to provide students with high-quality education and practical opportunities.

This project includes the campus cultural design of the college and the landscaping design of an 800 square meter atrium. The core concept of campus cultural design and courtyard greening design is the integration of nature and culture. The courtyard greening adopts a multi-level plant configuration to create a natural ecological space with scenery throughout the year. Through the combination of green plant enclosure and open space, a quiet and vibrant environment is created. Cultural design integrates campus spirit and historical heritage, presented in the form of sculptures, landscape ornaments, and cultural walls, emphasizing the sense of participation and belonging of teachers and students. The overall design aims to create a campus environment with both ecological beauty and cultural heritage through the organic combination of natural landscapes and humanistic elements, allowing teachers and students to appreciate culture in nature and enjoy nature in culture.
